01Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NOVIN TECH LLC (“Novin”, “we”, “our” or “us”), a company registered under the laws of the United States. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Novin and govern your use of our websites, games, apps and short-drama services (the “Services”).

By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

02Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. Minors may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Report unauthorized use promptly through in-app support.

03Purchases, Subscriptions & Virtual Items

• Pricing: prices are shown in USD or your local store currency; applicable state sales tax is added where required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Virtual items grant a limited, revocable licence, have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the Services.
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play or other authorized providers.

04Cancellations & Refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Purchases made through Apple or Google follow their refund policies; for direct purchases submit a request with your order number through in-app support.

Because digital content is delivered immediately, consumed items and unlocked episodes are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• use cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized third-party software;
• record, scrape, re-upload or redistribute our content without permission;
• attempt to access our systems or other users' accounts without authorization;
• post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory or infringing.

06Intellectual Property

All games, dramas, artwork, music, software and the “Novin” brand are owned by or licensed to Novin and protected by the U.S. Copyright Act, the Lanham Act and international treaties. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable licence to use the Services.

07User Content

You keep ownership of comments, reviews or creative works you submit, and grant Novin a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to operate and promote the Services. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

08Third-Party Services

The Services may include links, ads or integrations from third parties (app stores, payment providers, ad networks, social login). Their terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

09Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Novin against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect users and the Services. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the state and federal courts located in Delaware, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on this page or in-app; continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
